From sandwich bar
to school bus

The NoshPit began as a brick-and-mortar sandwich bar and entertainment venue in Portland. We closed that location in July 2026, and instead of calling it quits we decided to take the whole thing on the road.

We didn’t close. We evolved.

The finished bus

Kitchen

  1. Cleaned out and stripped

    The bus was cleaned out and stripped down, and we drafted the first pre-plans for the conversion.

  2. Closed the sandwich bar

    We said goodbye to the Portland location and started planning the bus.
