MEET THE BUS. Somewhere at an undisclosed location, there is a bus. Right now, it looks mostly like a bus. That’s temporary. The plan is to turn this thing into a rolling NoshPit—a working sandwich kitchen with a stage built into the side, ready to show up at festivals, parties, shows and wherever else they’ll let us park it. It’s going to take some cutting, welding, questionable decisions, good friends, a little money and probably several trips to the hardware store for shit we forgot. But when it’s finished, we’ll have something the old NoshPit could never be: Free to move. Free to show up. Free to get weird. No giant building to feed. No waiting around for people to find us. DoneWe had an idea. We found a bus. It was on Tom's property in Silverton. It was full of years of storage and his kids' stuff. We shook hands. We're doing this.
Bus located on Tom's property in Silverton, OR. 1999 Blue Bird All American. 189k miles. Tom has been with us from day one — keeping it on his land and helping build it was the only logical next step.
First walkthrough done. The bus is full. Years of storage. Tom's kids' stuff. Random junk. It's a project. We love it.
Handshake deal locked. Tom is officially crew. The NoshPit Bus Build has begun.
Strip & Clear
In ProgressRight now we're emptying everything out. Every seat, every piece of storage, every mystery item left behind. The bus needs to be a blank canvas before we can make it anything.
Started clearing the interior. Years of accumulated storage coming out piece by piece. Tom's been hauling with us every weekend.
Seats out. Panels next. Finding things we didn't expect. Choosing not to ask questions.
Full strip complete. Floor inspection. Subfloor assessment. Then we start building.
Structural & Insulation
Up NextOnce the bus is empty, we frame the kitchen zone, cut the service window, and get spray foam insulation in. This is where it starts looking like something.

Electrical rough-in started. Running conduit for kitchen, sound, and exterior lighting circuits.
Kitchen Build-Out
Up NextThe whole point. Commercial-grade prep surfaces, a flat top, a sandwich rail, and a hood system that actually works.
Equipment list finalized. Sourcing used commercial gear where possible.
Sound & Electrical
Up NextThe part that makes this more than a food truck. PA system, stage lighting, generator hookup, and a proper sound booth.
Sound system spec in progress. Targeting 2kW RMS for outdoor events.
Paint & Wrap
Up NextDolores gets her look. Full exterior paint or vinyl wrap — still deciding. Either way, she's going to be unmistakable.
Design concepts in progress. Leaning toward a full paint job over wrap.
